James S., George Worth, Sylvester, Julie, John (twin), Jane Netta (twin) Jane Netta Wooten (Wooton) b. 1831 in OH. Town/county/parents unknown. Married Ananias Wilson in 1850 in St. Joseph County, IN. After Ananias died in Civil War, she went to IA. There she married Hamilton Goodpasture in Madison TWP, Polk County, IA The first census I find her is the 1880 IA Polk County census, with Hamilton Goodpasture. I am also seeking information on her three youngest children: Julie (b 1859), John and Jane Netta (twins b 1860). IN. After their father died, their mother applied for Widow's Pension. She never mentions these children in her application. Claims the three oldest sons as the ONLY children. What happened to the three younger children? Did they die - or did she give them to other family to raise? |
