Was Ibby borned out of wedlock?? I believe that her mother Julia Ann Barnett was the daughter of James and Ellis Stamper Barnett, but have no proof.

Lillard girls 1881-1890 "Teton, Montana" unknown unknown "Teton, Montana/ San Francisco, California/Canada" "I am looking for descendants and/or information (particularly photos) of the Lillard girls. Their parents were William and Mary (Goodcrier) Lillard.

The names that I have are:

Lucy Lillard Cole who was living in Canada in the 1960's.

Nellie H. Lillard who was listed in land patent records as Russell but who died in San Francisco, California in 1943 with the last name of Dunwoody.

Cora Lillard Brauhn, whom I believe was married to a Charles R Brauhn. This was her name as it appeared in a land patent and a 1st cousin said that this was her last name. I found reference to her living in Carpenter Creek.

Any information on these three ladies would be greatly appreciated.

Martha Martin 1872 Gordon County Georgia Isaac N. Swafford ? Cherokee County Georgia "According to Martha's death certificate she was born in Gordon County Georgia and died in 1937 in Florida. Her fathers name is listed as Bill Martin. According to family history, her father disowned her for marrying a man approx 66 yrs old. So bitter was the break that he later refused aid to his grandson when he lost and arm in a farming accident. She is found in the 1900 census with husband Isaac Newton Swafford and 4 children.
