1889; studied three years in the College of France and the Sorbonne,
the Universities of Berlin and Leipsic; graduate of the latter, with
degree of Doctor of Philosophy, 1894; Honorary Fellow at Clark
University, 1894 - 95, studying psychology and education.
Superintendent at Ware, Mass., 1895 - 97; Superintendent Passaic, N.
J., 1897 - 1904; Superintendent Newton, Mass, since 1904.
