Blue Hills Genealogical Society - Barron County
Located in northwestern Wisconsin, the Blue Hills Genealogical Society - Barron Co. is dedicated to the preservation of genealogically relevant materials regarding Barron Co., educating people in appropriate genealogical research methods, and aiding persons in conducting the research of their Barron. Co. roots.  We also support existing resources within the Barron Co. area that contribute to this same purpose. 

Our membership year runs from April 8th through April 7th of the following year. Meetings are held on the second Monday of every month at 7:00 p.m. with time set aside at 6:30 p.m. for new registrations and for beginner genealogy lessons. Genealogical Research Society of Eau Claire 
The GRSEC is a non-profit, education society dedicated to the preservation of genealogy and genealogical sources in the Eau Claire area.  Meetings are held on the second Saturday of every month from September through May in the Chippewa Valley Museum in Carson Park, Eau Claire, Wisconsin.

Green County, WI Genealogical Society
Green county is in the south central area of WI. It was settled by the Swiss and Germans. Our goal it to provide education to family researchers and to preserve cemeteries. We are currently copying the largest cemetery in the county, Greenwood of Monroe which will be available in the fall of 2002. Iowa County (WI) Genealogical Society  
Iowa County is located in the SW corner of Wisconsin, the midway point between Madison, WI and Dubuque, IA. We are a territorial county that was formed in 1829 and is known as the "place where Wisconsin began". We offer research services for the public (not just members) within Iowa County along with other goods and services.   We look forward to your stopping by real soon!

Iowa County Historical Society
The Iowa County Historical Society incorporated in 1976 to discover and preserve the history of the people of Iowa County, Wisconsin and maintains many historical archives at the Iowa County Historical Society Museum. 

La Crosse Area Genealogical Society  We hope that you will be able to attend our regular scheduled monthly meetings held on the fourth Tuesday of each month except for June, July, August, and December. The meetings are held at the La Crosse Public Library, 800 Main Street, La Crosse, at 7:00pm. It is our goal to make these meetings interesting and informative. Rock County Genealogical Society

Walworth County Genealogical Society, Inc.      
Walworth County, WI is located in the southeast portion of the state. It borders Rock on the west and Racine and Kenosha counties on the east.  The Walworth County Genealogical Society was formed in 1988 for the purpose of education and research. WCGS meets the first Tuesday of every month at the First United Methodist Church, 213 S. Second St., Delavan, WI at 7 P.M. unless otherwise notified through the media. Our membership year is 1 September to 31 August.

Membership includes a bi-monthly newsletter, free queries and a voting status at membership meetings. We have open board meetings for you to have a voice in the society operations, and an opportunity to contribute to the many projects now going on.

Our ongoing project, starting in the spring of 1993, is the copying of cemeteries in Walworth County. We hope to publish them by townships and /or by village or city as size determines. A copy of these publications, along with many other books and materials, are located in our fast growing library housed at the Aram Public Library at 404 E. Walworth Ave., in Delavan, WI.
